- Now keep steamer for preheating and grease a plate with oil and add soda in the batter and mix it well and then pour the batter in the greased plate and sprinkle chilli powder
- Steam it for 10 minutes
- Now take it out and cut pieces
- Now take a pan and add oil, Sesame seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves and chilli pieces and then pour it on the dhokla
- Now serve it with Dhokla Coriander Chutney
