Instructions to make Bread Pakora:
- For batter mix all the ingredients and make a smooth batter with water without lumps. Leave it for 1 hour.
- Take a wok, add refined oil, crackle hing and jeera, then add coriander powder and red chilli powder. Mix them nicely. Now add mashed potatoes.
- Now add salt, garam masala and amchur powder. Mix them nicely. Cook it for 5-7 minutes.
- Now take bread slice. Spread potato mixture. Cover it with another slice of bread. Cut into desired shape.
- Now dip in besan batter and deep fry them till golden brown.
