- Medium heat non stick pan, spray some cooking oil on and add your batter mixture in. Leave it to cook for 5-8 min then flip over and leave it cook for another 5-8 min.
- Serve on the plate and squeeze some okonomiyaki sauce and mayo on top.
- Add some dry fish flakes if you have it but you can leave it out. Cut up and serve π
