  7. Spray cupcake pan with non stick cooking spray. line the phylo in the pan. put a little of the egg mixture in each layer. you can use as much layers as you like
  8. Put the chicken mixture in your phylo cups and then close it and add a little egg wash on top
  9. Bake in the oven at 180°c for 15minutes or until golden brown. enjoy

Add the chicken pieces to the mushroom sauce and stir through. Now, add the filling to some small ramekin dishes. Leave a little gap at the top of the dish - you don't want to fill right to the brim of the dish otherwise the pastry might stick to the filling (and we don't want that to happen). Puff Pastry Pie is the best pie, especially when stuffed full of Chicken, Ham, Mushroom and a tasty white sauce! I use ready rolled pastry for a speedy dinner or make my own puff for a luxurious feast centerpiece.
