- Line a baking sheet with a parchment paper. Using wet hands, scoop some of the fritter mixture and flatten to form a fritter the size of your palm. Arrange the fritters on the baking sheet until the mixture is used up
- Preheat oven, brush half the vegetable oil over the fritters and grill in the oven at 180 degrees (Celsius) for 15 minutes, remove from oven and carefully flip over the fritters and brush the other side with the rest of the oil and return to finish grilling
- Remove from the oven, allow to cool and serve with cilantro chutney or the sauce of your choice
Saute onion until tender and translucent. Add the chopped carrots, and stir until the carrots are coated. Stir in carrots, celery and onion; toss to coat in oil. In a large saucepan, saute onion and garlic in butter. Remove from the heat and cool slightly.
