- Add the chopped veggies, crushed green chillies, salt and pepper to the batter
- Heat appe pan and pour little ghee in it. When warm add mustard seeds. Once it starts to crackle, pour the batter in the pan
- Cover it for 2-3 mins from lid so that the appe are well cooked and soft. When the upper layer is dry turn it and let it cook from other side
- Serve hot with your favorite chutney
