Steps to make Rava appam:
- Take 1 cup rava. Add curd and water. Whisk it nicely and rest it for about 15 to 20 minutes.
- After that add more water only if the batter is thick. Now add finely chopped onion tomato capsicum sweet corns or other veggies which you like to add. And add salt, black pepper, turmeric powder or baking soda.
- Heat a appam pan. Apply oil and fill it with batter and cook it by covering it's lid. After 10 minutes. Turn all the appam balls and cook it on another side. On low flame.
