  1. Add 2cup maida in a bowl add salt and baking soda then mix it well in a mixer grinder add eggs,sugar,ghee,cardamom powder grind it well then add mixer into maida mix.
  2. Add 100ml maida also knead it well then close the lid.let it rest for 2 hours.spread some ghee in counter top.take our dough and place it our counter top knead it well.
  3. Divide the dough in to two from each half into rectangular log.cut in to nuts shape with the help of bottle top.place it into hot oil and fry in meduim flame.fry till golden brown.let it cool down and serve.
