- Boil the water,mix salt and oil in the rice powder then slowly slowly pour into the boiling water,stirring constantly,make like Chapati dough
- In vessel melt jaggery then strain to remove any impurities,mix in boiled moong and coconut
- After forming small chapati like,fill in the mixture,seal and keep on banana leaf and steam for 30 mins,healthy delicious appam serve with hot tea is….
