  2. Then pour your couscous once water is boiling,stir nd close lid and reduce heat to med-low
  3. After it is done,add all ur seasoning to taste and spices nd mix
  4. Add i egg nd mix,then roll them(mould)them into tiny ball(u can make big if u like)
  5. Beat 2 eggs nd dip the balls in eggs,nd dip fry in hot oil till nicely brown
  6. And we are done,serve warm

Stir in the the cheddar and Parmesan. Dip the frozen balls into the egg wash then into the bread crumbs. Put the balls back into the freezer until you are ready to fry. Heat a splash of the olive oil in a large frying pan over a high heat. Remove from the pan and set aside.
