  1. Prepare as required Breads
  2. Get 2 potatoes boiled and smashed
  3. Make ready 2 green chillies finely chopped
  4. Take 2 tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped
  5. Make ready 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  6. Get 1/2 tsp garam masala / whole spice powder
  7. Get 1/2 tsp aamchur powder / dry mango powder
  8. Take 1 cup besan / gram flour
  9. Make ready 1 pinch hing / asafoetida
  10. Get as needed Oil for deep frying
Instructions to make Bread Pakoras:
  1. Take the mashed potatoes and add the coriander leaves, green chillies, red chilli powder and salt. Mix it properly.
  2. Take the besan in a bowl and add hing, garam masala and salt. Add water and mix well. The batter shouldn’t be too thick or too thin.
  3. Slice the bread into triangles and spread the mashed potatoes on the bread evenly. Cover the potatoes with another slice. Dip it in the besan batter and deep fry it in the oil.
  4. Serve hot with chutneys
