  4. After 1/2 hr knead dough. Grease hand and make small small equal balls. Heat up the appam maker and grease every cavity of it. Place the dough balls in it.
  5. Arrange it and close the lid and cook on low flame. After 2-3 min open the lid turn the balls. Till all sides get golden.
  6. Make all Battis like that. Take out and deep them in ghee.
  7. Coat the ghee to all Battis. Serve with Dal (recipe Uploaded), salad, ghee and Jaggery.
