Instructions to make Sweet Appam:
- Take a rice flour in a pan fry it for few min,once the roasted smells come remove it.
- Take a bowl of rice flour,wheat flour, rava
- Grind the banana into fine paste
- Melt jaggery in pan,just melt it don't make paak of it.
- Cut small pieces of coconut and fry it in ghee.
- In a big bowl mix all flours and banana paste and mix it well and add teel seeds and fried coconut along with ghee and jaggery.mix it well along the above preparation (flour and banana paste)
- Mix all the ingredients into a thik paste..if required add very little water till the batter should be like dosa batter
- Once done put in appam pan,like this fry both the side with ghee in medium flame it looks black because of wheat don't get afraid it tastes yummy.
