  2. Prepare 1 yellow onion; minced

After a quick scan of my pantry, I landed on a bottle of balsamic glaze. I love the crunch of the snap peas and the bright, sweetness of the balsamic glaze.   1. Melt butter slowly in a saute pan. Add onions. Sweat until nearly translucent. Add garlic. Sweat until fragrant. Add peas. Add balsamic. Reduce until nearly evaporated.
  2. Variations; Shallots, horseradish, parsley, mustard, red wine, Worcestershire, mushrooms, chives, smoked mozzarella, basil, bacon, lemon, oregano

You can also add pepperoncini peppers, cucumber, olives, and any other extras your heart desires. This is perfect to take to a picnic during the summer months because it has NO MAYO!!!
