Now put one drop of oil in every mould of appam pan. Put your gas on slow flame. Put one one spoon of mixed batter in every mould. Don't put extra batter because it will be fluffy.

Steps to make Mini cake in Appam pan:
  1. In a bowl All purpose flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda mix well.
  2. In a bowl add melted butter, milk, coconut oil,vanilla essence & sugar mix well.
  3. Add wet ingredient to the dry mixture mix well
  4. Add milk to adjust the consistency. - Divide the mixture into two bowls - Add cocoa powder in another bowl mix well.
  5. Heat appam pan/ Paniyaram pan, pour 1 tbsp oil/ batter, and pour cake batter.
  6. Cover lid & cook for 3 min each side - One side ready, flip over cook another side for 3 min
  7. Once it's ready carefully remove it from appam pan, drizzle honey/ chocolate sauce then serve

Now spread colourful cherry and dry fruits and then cover the appam pan with lid. Fill paper-lined miniature muffin cups almost full. Chocolate cake is my all time favorite. I often make it for my daughters. But due to this quarantine, i dont have the ingredients at my hand..
