Paniyaram is a South Indian breakfast or snack recipe. I had masala Paniyaram at that time and fell in love with it. They were crispy from outside and soft from inside and were balanced with the spices. Instructions to make Sooji paniyaram / appam:
  1. First of all take a bowl,add sooji,curd, all vegetables, coriander - Green chilli, ginger, salt, garam masala, cumin seeds, red chilli powder. Mix it well and - make smooth paste…if paste is thick u can add little water as required.
  2. Keep the batter aside for 10-15 minutes then add eno.. Don’t whisk batter too much. - Pre heat an appam pan and brush moulds with oil.
  3. Pour the batter in moulds…Cover and let them simmer for 2 minutes on low medium flame… - When appams get golden brown one side then flip it and cook it for 2 minutes till - both sides gets golden brown. sooji paniyaram are ready. Transfer it on plate.. - Serve it with chutney and sauce…..Enjoy…
