  2. Mix well
  3. Grease wells of appam maker
  4. Pour 1 tablespoon batter of each well
  5. Cover the lid, flame should be medium
  6. Flip appam and fry from other side
  7. Serve with your choice of chatnies

Wheat flour Appam is a instant way of making Nei Appam. This method doesn't need any soaking. Wheat flour is mixed with rice flour, cardamom, grated coconut, jaggery juice and mixed well to make appam batter which is then poured in paniyaram pan to make soft and golden brown Sweet appam. Take out the Appam from the pan with care and keep it in a serving plate. Method: (vegetable stew) Take a vessel and put all vegetables, slit green chilies along with water.
