  6. When u realise it is done add your chicken and vegetables. Let it steam for about a min or two depending on how u like your veggies. Serve with a chilled drink

I prefer Nigerian Jollof because I personally think that the basmati/jasmine rice is too sweet and soft of a grain to be used in the dish. This is one of our favourite salads.
