  3. Add 2½ cups water for no gravy and add 4cups water to make it gravy type.
  4. When its all done garnish it with spring onion. And its all ready to serve now.
  5. Finally put chicken chili masala and stir well, for thickness to come let it cook for 10min.

To make the best Chinese chilli chicken, boneless cubes are marinated in soya sauce, chili sauce and pepper. Later they are seasoned again in flavorful sauces. In a Dutch oven over medium heat, cook chicken and onion in oil until lightly browned. Stir in the broth, chiles, cumin, oregano and cayenne; bring to a boil. You can also use shredded rotisserie chicken - just make sure you remove the skin.
