I also make sweet coconut milk that goes very well with appam. how to spread appam / make appam recipe: firstly, pour a ladleful of aapam batter on to the medium hot pan. use aapam nonstick pan to avoid usage of oil. alternatively, pour it on dosa tawa. Recently i came across the recipe of Vegetable stew in one of my old cook book and i find it similar to one of my bookmarked recipes from here and I slightly altered the recipe to suit my own taste.   1. Take bowl pour sooji & dahi mix well thn add water in it and mix well thn keep a side for 30 mins
  2. Mean while prepare vegetables mixture.finely chop all veggies, green chilli coriander and keep a side
  3. For tempting take pan add rai, jeera, chana dal let them crakle thn add curry pata
  4. Now take sooji rava mixture add veggies mixture salt and pour tempting on it sambhar masala and mix well thn if the better is thick add little water in it thn at last add baking soda and mix well
  5. Now take appe pan grease it and pour 1 spoon in each circle let it cook for 1 2 mins thn cook other side for 1 min and here ur appe is done
