So I ran to the store and grabbed the ingredients, let the meat marinate and cooked them up for dinner! I was pretty impressed with this recipe.

- Mix first nine ingredients with chicken and let marinade 1-2 hrs. Cook onions and pepper slices until tender. Add chicken.
