Steps to make Instant Banana appam:
  1. Melt jaggery by adding water..take one boil and remove from flame.
  2. Mash banana with fork.
  3. Add semolina,rice flour,wheat flour and jaggery water to it..
  4. Add baking soda and cardamon powder..mix well forming flowing consistency.
  5. Heat the appam pan…grease it with 1/4tsp ghee in each hole.
  6. Fill each hole to 3/4 th with batter.close the lid and cook till sides turns golden brown
  7. Turn the appam to upside down and cook on other side.if required drizzle more ghee.
  8. Serve hot or cold by garnishing it with grated coconut.
