  10. Take Spray cooking oil for frying

Cut cheese slices with the same cutter to top each toast cutout. Serve this soup with tortilla chips for a little crunch. I prefer a lighter Burger Bowl, so I'll just make a simple balsamic vinaigrette to go with a veggie burger. Sometimes I'll add crumbled goat cheese.

  1. Heat up a frying pan over a medium to high heat. Spray oil in to cover the base then once warm add in the turkey mince. Fry and brown off, season with salt and pepper and the garlic granules. Stir together, and fry until cooked through. Turn off the heat and leave the frying pan on the hob to keep warm.
  2. In a large shallow bowl add in the shredded lettuce. Add the sliced onion and tomato. Also add the pickles.
  3. Top with the warm turkey mince and scatter over the grated cheese. Dress with burger sauce. Eat and enjoy!
