- Take all ingredients togather
- Take 3/4 Tsp Oil in vessel heat on Medium Flame for two minutes,now add 1 Tsp Cumin,1 Tsp Mustard seeds & Peanuts,After a minute add Curry Leaves.
- Start adding Onions, Green Peas & Green Chillies and sauté for a while until you hear Poping.
- As the veggies are done well, start adding Poha,Boiled Patatoes, squeeze the Lemon, Tsp Salt & Tsp Turmeric Powder.
- Mix everything well until everything Yellow and your done.
- Garnish With Coriander & yes Gujju's prefer Poha with Barik Sev
