- Cook at slow flame untill it become soft.
- Now add chopped tomato and crushed garlic then mix well and allow to bhindi become crispy.
- Now add Red chilli powder, coriander powder and mix well.
- Now cook for 5 minutes and serve with chapati and buttermilk.
