- Prepare 2 cups Oats
- Take 3 tbsp Oil or ghee
- Make ready 4 tbsp each Finely chopped onions and tomatoes

- Prepare 1 Chopped capsicum

Instructions to make Oats Kara bath:
- Heat a pan with oil or ghee.
- Do the seasoning with mustard and dals.
- Add green chillies and then fry onions for a while. Put in tomatoes and wait till it gets cooked.
- Add the capsicum and give few stirs.the
- Now add the cumin powder, salt and red chilli powder. Put in the curry leaves. give few stirs.
- Add the oats and keep stirring in low flame for a minute.
- Pour 2 cups of water and cover the pan with a lid. In low flame allow to get cooked for 10 minutes and switch off the stove.
- Give 5 minutes resting time.
- Garnish with cashews, corianders and serve hot with any raita.
