  9. Prepare 1/4 cup cornstarch
  10. Take 1 cup sugar

It is very versatile and you can easily customize the recipe to add your favorite vegetables, like bok choy, spinach, cabbage, snow peas, water chestnuts. Defrost the Vegetable Lo Mein in the refrigerator, then reheat in a wok or skillet, adding extra sauce as needed if your Lo Mein noodles seem to be dried out.   2. Add oil 2 tablespoon to a big wok or big pan get very hot
  3. Add vegetables listen for a sizzle stir fry moving vegetables around
  4. Add wine if you use omit if you dont soya sauce, vinegar and 1 cup sugar
  5. When liquid boils mix cornstarch and water together pour into liquid and vegetables stir once add noodles mix well add more water if too thick
  6. Serve immediately hope you enjoy
