- Prepare 8 oz uncooked linguine
- Prepare 3/4 lb boneless chicken breast, cubed

- Take 1 packages frozen stir fry vegetable blend
How to Make Chicken Lo Mein. Cook the Lo Mein noodles according to package instructions, but pre-al dente. Next, you make the sauce by stir-frying garlic with some oil, then add in the chicken, Napa cabbage, mushroom, carrots and chicken broth. Cooking a large batch of lo mein in a wok or over crowding the wok will result in steaming the ingredients rather than stir frying.

- Boil uncooked linguine
- Fry chicken cubes in olive oil until no longer pink then add 2 tablespoons of stir fry sauce and teriyaki sauce then remove from pan
- Stir fry vegetable and tablespoon of stir fry sauce and teriyaki sauce in same pan for 4-6 minutes until crisp
- Add drain linguine and chicken to vegetables and add remaining sauces for 3 to 4 minutes
I love making my favorite take out dishes at home. They taste so much better and are easy to make! Besides fried rice and general tso's chicken, lo mein with chicken is one my favorite take out dishes!. I used a mix of pre chopped stir fried veggies to keep it super easy. Remove from the wok and set aside.
