The ingredients needed to make Flan:
  1. Prepare 1 can condend milk
  2. Take 1 can evavorated milk
  3. Prepare 6 Eggs
  4. Prepare 1/2 cup caramel

My family loves Flan, I usually bake it in a round cake pan, But you can use ramekins. This recipe is NOT a hard as it looks.

Instructions to make Flan:
  1. Prepare caramel in microwave
  2. Pour caramel on a 8" mold spread round
  3. Mix rest of ingredients and pour mix over caramel
  4. Cook on a baymarie for 45min
  5. Cool in the fridge and flipped over plate

For best results make Flan a day ahead to let the caramel form a slightly liquefied layer. Time does not include cooling time.
