  7. Take Dark chocolate , grated

Instructions to make Tiramisu:
  1. Whisk the egg yolks and sugar in a bowl using an electric mixer until it becomes thick and light yellow in color.
  2. Lower the speed to medium and add the mascarpone cheese and vanilla. Whisk until smooth and then fold whipped cream.
  3. Dip one side of each lady finger in the espresso and line the bottom of a dish. Pour half of the cream mixture evenly on  top.
  4. Dip one side of the remaining ladyfingers and place them on top of the cream mixture and pour the rest of the cream mixture over the top.
  5. Smooth the top and cover with cling film. Refrigerate overnight.
  6. Sprinkle grated chocolate before serving.

Brew a cup of strong coffee.
