  2. Now pour in milk, curd and condensed milk in another bowl and mix it well together.Next add the vanilla essence and custard powder to it and mix it well. - Add this custard mixture over the caramel slowly and fill it.
  3. Bring water to boil in a steamer and place the custard mould in a steamer. Then close the lid of the steamer. - Let it cook for 25-30 mins or till a knife inserted comes out clean.
  4. Cool down to room temperature and refrigerate for 2 hours. - finally, unmould the caramel flan and enjoy.
