  2. Prepare 1/4 tsp salt

  4. Make ready 2 tbsp oil
  5. Prepare 1/4 cup dry flour (sukha gehu ka aata)
Steps to make Soft Chapati with new method:
  1. In bowl take aata and salt. Add little by little water make soft dough.
  2. Keep dough in fridge for 15 min or keep aside. After that malish the dough.
  3. Now start rolling it. Take small ball spread some dry flour on it. Start rolling till puri size.
  4. Spread some oil on it. Make lightly finger marks on it.

  6. Then roll it and make Chapati.
  7. Cook from both sides. Soft Chapati is ready.
