  6. Put it in a blender and mix it. Run the blender for few seconds else the mixture will become frothy.
  7. Strain the mixture and pour it in the ramekins/ moulds
  8. Bake it at 150°C till it remains little squishy in the middle(moves on moving) but completely set outside.
  9. Let it reach room temperature and then put it in the refrigerator overnight.
  10. Demould before serving.

To turn out each caramel, run the point of a sharp knife around the top edge of each ramekin, place a dessert plate on top and invert.
