Q: A suggestion for those who do not like to use store-bought ladyfingers for tiramisu: Use a recipe for madeleines and make two thin layer cakes out of the batter. (Each cake should be about⅓. With oysters, jumbo shrimp and a full lobster, it pulled out all the stops for my night of birthday spoiling. Key lime pie martinis and tiramisu were outstanding as well. I ordered the lobster ravioli to go in case I got hungry later - it didn't disappoint in taste, but the portion was sadly quite small. This is a rich and juicy chicken.
