  10. If the middle is still a little loose witch almost always is put in for another 5 mins or so. Watch it closely at this point don't want to over cook.

You may substitute your favorite sausage for ham in this recipe if you wish. I slid it out of the frying pan onto a round pizza pan and cut it with a pizza cutter. It was easy enough to make tasted very good and since there are only two of us there's enough left for tomorrow.
