- To prepare masala for Macroni /elbow pasta. Take a pan and add 01 tsp oil, 02 tsp butter.
- Add chopped garlic and stir is for 30 seconds.Then, add sliced onions and wait for it turn translucent. Keep stirring in between.
- Now add tomato puree and mix it well.
- Once tomatoes are cooked (it takes 2-3 minutes approx) start adding spices which is 02 tsp of chilli flakes,salt to taste,01 tsp pepper powder & 1/2 tsp garam masala.
- Add 01 tbsp ketchup and 01 tbsp schzewan sauce.
- Mix it well and add vegetables of your choice, add 4-5 tbsp of water to cook vegetables.
- Cover it for 2-3 minutes. (Do not overcook to maintain crunch in vegetables)
- Open the lid and add Macroni / elbow pasta and mix it well.
- Sprinkle some ajinomoto (optional).it adds extra flavour to Macroni/elbow pasta.
- Elbow pasta/Macroni is ready to serve.
