- Pour the egg mix over the cheese and spinach turkey mixture. Place in preheated oven and let cook for 45 minutes or until custard has firmly set.
Drain and set to the side. Stir in spinach, scallions, salt, and black pepper. In a medium bowl whisk together eggs, heavy cream, and mozzarella. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch red pepper flakes. This is a wonderful meal anytime of day or night.
