  7. Bake in the oven for about 12 minutes. I would advice to check at 10 minutes for the right amount of fluffiness. :)
  8. You don't have to wait for it to cool, just cut yourself a nice slice and dig in.

Season with a little salt and ground black pepper. Pour in the beaten eggs and arrange the halloumi, un-grilled side uppermost, over the surface. Once you see the bottom setting, take a spatula to the edges of the pan to ensure that the frittata isn't sticking. When the frittata starts to set around the edges, lay the slices of halloumi over the top.
