- Pre heat the oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit. While is oven is getting heated up, in a skillet that is oven friendly throw in the strawberries and brown sugar. Turn the heat down low and let it mix well. After about 2 minutes, the strawberries would have thawed and the sugar melted.
- Let it thicken a bit. Strain and keep aside any extra liquid.
- Take the pan off heat and top the strawberries with the granola. Sprinkle with the chocolate chips
- Beat the eggs and vanilla together. One way to add more sweetness to the recipe would be to add a bit of sugar to the egg. I did not do it though.
