  4. Take a pan and add the squid and cook them for about 5 mins or little more stirring them frequently till the water released from the squid evaporates completely.
  5. Add the oil and roast them in medium heat till golden brown for about 10-15 mins or till the squid is cooked completely.
  6. Add chopped coriander leaves, give a quick stir and take off the heat.
