- Add peas, onions, and any other veggies you desire into pan and cook for about 2 minutes. Add additional cooking spray or a little oil as needed depending on how much you add.
- Mix together oyster sauce and soy sauce and set aside.
- Break apart any clumps of the chilled rice. Add rice, eggs, and sauce mixture and cook for 3-4 minutes (scraping bottom of pan to loosen any stuck food).
