  2. Prepare 3 Green onion chopped
  3. Take 2 Eggs beaten

Instructions to make Parker's Fried Rice:
  1. Cook rice according to package. Let it cool down and place it in a container in the fridge for several hours to cool.
  2. Spray pan with oil and heat over med high heat. Once the pan is hot add egg to pan and let it cook for 1-2 minutes. Slide it off pan before it browns and set it aside. Once cooked off cut into small pieces.
  3. Add peas, onions, and any other veggies you desire into pan and cook for about 2 minutes. Add additional cooking spray or a little oil as needed depending on how much you add.
  4. Mix together oyster sauce and soy sauce and set aside.
  5. Break apart any clumps of the chilled rice. Add rice, eggs, and sauce mixture and cook for 3-4 minutes (scraping bottom of pan to loosen any stuck food).
