  3. Put the butter in the pan then add the rice. Stir fry until heated through. Add half of the salt and oyster sauce. Stir till blended.
  4. Push the ingredients to the side of the pan and quickly stir-fry the egg.
  5. Add the fried onions, green peas and ham backed into the pan. Add the remaining salt and stir everything for a minute.
