  16. Make ready 8-10 pistachios
  17. Make ready For Rose balls
  18. Prepare 1/2 cup desicated coconut
  19. Get 1 tsp roohafza
  20. Prepare As needed Rose and rose petals for garnishing
Steps to make Royal Thandai Kheer:
  1. Wash rice and add pinch ghee mix well and keep it a side for 5-10min. Without water.
  2. Boil Milk and add rice stir and cook till rice merjed with milk. Stir cont. Add sugar. stir and cook for 5min. Mix well. Turn off flame. Transfer in another vessel. Let it cool on room temp.
  3. For Thandai Masala:- soak Almond and pistachio for 1/2hr. And peel remove skin. Take amixie jar mix almond cashewnuts white pepper soaked poppy seeds melon seeds cardamom fennel seeds nutmeg and churn make a fine powder.
  4. Now add rooh hafza kewra water fresh rose petals in a milk and blend with blender. Put in a freeze 4-5hrs.
  5. For rose balls:-Mix desicated coconut and rooh hafza and make a balls.
  6. Now Take a serving bowl pour Royal Thandai Kheer and garnish with chopped rose petals chopped pistachio and coconut rose balls. Delicious Healthy Royal Thandai Kheer is ready to serve.
