Instructions to make Sopa De Arroz (Mexican Rice):
  1. Heat the 1 cup of oil in pot on medium heat. Then add rice and cook, stir occasionally so rice won't burn. Bring rice to a brown color.
  2. When rice is browned, remove from heat. Let cool about 5-7 mins. Add in can of tomato sauce, stir. Bring to heat again on medium to low heat, immediately add water & corn. Stir and add Chicken flavor Bouillon and stir.
  3. Cover with lid. Bring to a boil. Lower heat when water begins to dissolve and let cook on low heat for about 10 mins & stir so rice won't stick or burn. Turn stove off and serve as desired.
