- Blitz it all together until you have the start of a sticky mixture. If it's not quite sticky enough then add a few more dates.
- Add the rest of the hazelnuts and raisins and pulse it a few times to make sure it's all mixed together.
- Using your hands grab a small amount and roll it into a ball shape. Do the same until all of the mixture is used - it should give you around 16-18 energy balls.
- Put them in the fridge for an hour or so to set and then store them in an air-tight container in the fridge.
