  2. Prepare Normal dosa Rice -

Steps to make Carrot Adai:
  1. Soak 2 cup of rice in water.
  2. Grind soaked rice in grinder, to that add red chillies, asafoetida, salt and grated carrot. - Grind it to coarse batter like adai.
  3. Add chopped onion, ginger, curry leaves and coriander leaves. Mix it well.
  4. We can even prepare this adai immediately after grinding. - Heat tawa spread the carrot adai batter. sprinkle some oil. cook on both sides till it becomes crispy.
  5. If you prefer soft adai then you need to add extra 1/2 to 3/4 cup of grated carrot while grinding. Tasty carrot adai is ready to serve with coconut chutney. kids who hate carrot will love this carrot adai. If we didn't mention about carrot they don't even know.
