- In a pan add oil and saute onion until translucent. Add spinch to it and saute for 2 minutes.Let it cool.
- Add the cooled mixture to the Adai batter and mix well. The batter has to be thick.
- Heat oil in a tava and flatten a round ball of Adai batter and cook for three to four minutes. Check the doness on both the sides of Adai.
