- Heat a dosa tawa. If it is a cast iron tawa, the taste and texture will be perfect.
- Grease the tawa with half teaspoon oil.
- Pour two ladles of batter and spread to a dosa. make a hole in the middle.
- Drizzle a teaspoon of oil around and in the middle.
- Cook to crisp on the edges and golden brown on both the sides.
