- Rub flour with palm for 3-4 mins
- Heat the ghee in kadai add flour mixture
- Continuously stir it on medium flame till the mixture is brown in colour.
- Meanwhile combine sugar and water in a saucepan. Prepare a sugar syrup of 1string consistency and keep ready.
- Turn off the flame and add chopped nuts and mix well.
- Allow the mixture to cool a bit. When mixture is lukewarm combine it with sugar syrup and mix well.
- After add dry Ginger powder and gond.
- Give a shape of your choice.
