  2. Rub flour with palm for 3-4 mins
  3. Heat the ghee in kadai add flour mixture
  4. Continuously stir it on medium flame till the mixture is brown in colour.
  5. Meanwhile combine sugar and water in a saucepan. Prepare a sugar syrup of 1string consistency and keep ready.
  6. Turn off the flame and add chopped nuts and mix well.
  7. Allow the mixture to cool a bit. When mixture is lukewarm combine it with sugar syrup and mix well.
  8. After add dry Ginger powder and gond.
  9. Give a shape of your choice.
