With a small sharp knife, pierce jalapenos; add to hot skillet. Fresh Roma tomatoes - use the nice and red ones, avoid anything soft.; Canned tomatoes - I like to use canned in addition to fresh because it gives the salsa a better consistency.; Fresh cilantro - cilantro adds key flavor, don't omit this!; Jalapeno - this adds a nice kick.

Steps to make Salsa:
  1. Chop up tomato, onion, garlic, green pepper and cilantro. put salt, chipotle, lime juice and water in small sauce pan add what we chopped up to the pan stir.
  2. Bring to a boil and boil for 4 min or so.
  3. Put ingredients in blender and pulse. Put in dish and refrigerate till cold. Enjoy!
